Avoid delay and delivery hassle by enabling auto-detection on your store for your customers. This feature will allow end-users to pin their location on the map, and automatically link users to the correct branch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you activate auto-detection on your storefront?\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

1- Login to your <\/span>Dashboard<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

2- Go to <\/span>store Configuration\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

3- Click <\/span>store settings\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

4- Press <\/span>store identity<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

5- Scroll down to <\/span>miscellaneous<\/i><\/b>, activate <\/span>\u201cEnable branch selection\u201d and \u201cDeny out of area delivery\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

NOTE:\u00a0 once you press \u201cDeny out of area delivery\u201d you will see the below pop-up if you have missing geofence for one or more of your enabled areas\u2026\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

NOTE: \u201cSet Areas Manually\u201d option is preferred if you want to accurately define areas for a smoother delivery and accurate delivery fees.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

A- if you press <\/span><\/i>\u201cYes Set Areas\u201d<\/i><\/b>, the system will migrate zVendo fixed map that contains fixed coordinates to Egypt cities.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Scroll down on the store identity page and make sure to press Save Changes.\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

B- if you press <\/span><\/i>\u201cSet areas Manually\u201d<\/i><\/b>, you will be directed to the countries page to manually manage cities\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Here is how you manage cites\u2026\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

1- Press \u201c<\/span>Manage Cities<\/b>\u201c. <\/span>As shown in the below picture\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

2- Choose the <\/span>missing polygon city<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

3- Click <\/span>Show Areas<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

4- Select the missing polygon area. Then, click on <\/span>Edit Area<\/b>. <\/span>As shown in the below picture\u2026<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

6- Scroll down and start drawing your map. <\/span>Check the picture below<\/i><\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

7- From the three icons, click on number <\/span>1<\/b> on the right shown in the below picture to \u201c<\/span>draw a shape<\/b>\u201d specific points.<\/span><\/p>\n

8- Click on number <\/span>2<\/b>, the pin icon to select a <\/span>pin<\/b> for your store location.<\/span><\/p>\n

9- Make sure the start point is the endpoint. So draw the area specifying each point for the routes.<\/span><\/p>\n

10- Press, \u201c<\/span>Save Changes<\/b>\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n

11- Once you are done with editing area, Go back to <\/span>Store Configuration<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

12- Click <\/span>Store Settings, <\/i><\/b>Then <\/span>Press Store Identity<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

13- Scroll down to <\/span>miscellaneous <\/i><\/b>and Make sure to activate <\/span>\u201cEnable branch selection\u201d and \u201cDeny out of area delivery\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
