How Do You Create an SMS Template and Send it to your Customers?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: You must have an SMS provider to proceed with this feature<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. From your Dashboard, Go to Marketing<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Expand SMS Integration\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Choose SMS Settings\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
  4. In SMS Settings, on the top right corner, you will see Customize <\/strong>coming up with two options<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • ARPUPLUS<\/em><\/li>\n
    • Victory Link\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Choose your SMS provider, and Fill in the required Information<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • For ARPUPLUS: Insert Username <\/strong>> Password <\/strong>> Account ID<\/strong> > Sender Name (Store Name)\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • For Victory Link: Insert Username <\/strong>> Password <\/strong>> Sender Name (Store Name)\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            To activate OTP in your store, you must enable mobile number registration first\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Go to your Dashboard<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Click Store Configuration<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Expand Store Settings\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Press Store Identity<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Scroll down to the Miscellaneous <\/strong>column<\/li>\n
            • In Miscellaneous, Activate Require Mobile Number in Registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                2. On the top right corner, you will find Customize <\/strong>with multiple options<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  • Shipping Confirmation\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
                  • Order Confirmation\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
                  • New User Registration\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    1. Choose the desired SMS type<\/li>\n
                    2. In Body <\/strong>Column, write the preferred text<\/li>\n
                    3. Press Create <\/strong>to save your text<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Note: For each SMS template you create, the system will automatically send its message to the user according to his action.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                      For example, if the user orders an item, he will receive an order confirmation message on his phone number.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
