If you have a relatively large quantity of products, you preferably should upload the data in a bulk sheet. Follow the below steps to know how to import and export the extended template that you should fill in.<\/p>\n

  1. From your store dashboard, click on “Product Catalog”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Now, click on “Products<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  3. Then, choose “Export<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. Choose “Current Page<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

    5. Scroll down and click on the “Export<\/strong>” button.<\/p>\n

    Steps To Fill In The Bulk Upload Sheet<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    After downloading the template sheet, you can check the detailed steps of how to fill in the bulk upload sheet of your products.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

    How To Upload or Import The Completed Bulk Upload Sheet<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    After filling in the sheet and saving it in CSV, UTF-8<\/strong>\u00a0formatting, follow the below steps to learn how to upload it:<\/p>\n

    1. From the “Products<\/strong>” page on your dashboard, click on “Import<\/strong>“\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. Click on “Choose File<\/strong>” and start uploading your product bulk sheet.<\/li>\n
    3. Then, click on “Import<\/strong>“, as shown in the below picture.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      4. After uploading the file, a confirmation email<\/strong> will be sent to you with accepting your data as shown in the below example.<\/em><\/p>\n

      • In case of occurring any errors when uploading the file, the sent email<\/strong> will clarify the parts with errors for you to edit and reupload.<\/li>\n
      • The images size should not exceed 200 kb<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • If you have to reupload the file, please make sure you delete the image URLs to avoid duplication.<\/li>\n
      • *Make sure you save the excel sheet as a\u00a0CSV, UTF-8<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
      • *If you can\u2019t save\u00a0the file in\u00a0CSV, UTF-8, you can copy the data in\u00a0Google spreadsheets<\/strong>\u00a0then download it and the\u00a0Arabic\u00a0formatting will be\u00a0automatically edited to the CSV formatting.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
