Steps to Specify Groups of Your Customers<\/h3>\n

  1. From zVendo back-end dashboard, click on “Marketing”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Then, click on “Customers Notification Groups”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Start to select the criteria you wish to apply based on:\n
      \n
    1. Order Number More Than “Number of placed orders”<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Age Above “Age group”<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. City<\/li>\n
    4. Gender<\/li>\n
    5. Member Since “Date”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    6. Then click on “Update\/Sync Lists”. <\/strong>As shown in the below picture.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • By pressing the \u201csync Zero orders\u201ctoggle, this group shall appear on the list in the “App notification” section so that you can select it and send this group a notification. (Notification is available for android only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. A successful message will appear at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

        Steps To Create the App Notification<\/h3>\n

        1. From zVendo back-end dashboard, click on “Marketing”<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Then, click on “App Notifications”<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4. Now, click on the “Create<\/strong>” button.<\/p>\n

          5. Start writing the push notification details; subject<\/strong>, body.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

          6. Choose the category by clicking on the “Taxons<\/strong>” drop-down menu.<\/p>\n

          7. Then, choose the custom group based on the above-mentioned options.<\/p>\n
