How to Add Options with Several Variants<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

An option is the main criterion that includes many variants. <\/span><\/p>\n

Options could be colors<\/strong> or sizes<\/strong> of products that reflect on their prices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hence, when you add a product with multiple colors, sizes,<\/strong> or any other variant <\/strong>you will need to create an option on your zVendo store.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Methods to Create Options with Multiple Variants<\/h3>\n

Choosing one of the two following methods depends on the quantity of your product.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated below method one, in which you can create options as a separated step.<\/p>\n

Yet in method two, you can fill the details of the configurable product, while on the same page you create the options, like Sizes<\/strong>, and add variants, like Small, Medium, Large, X-Large.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now, you can check each method in detail.<\/p>\n

Method 1<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Before you create a configurable product<\/strong>, you can create the product’s main options. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here are the steps to follow for adding up the value of each variant:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. From zVendo dashboard, click on “Product Catalog”.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Then, click on “Options”.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. On the right side of the page, click “Create”.
    \n<\/strong>As demonstrated in the below picture.
    \n<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em>\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Start filling the required fields as follows:
    \n*Code<\/strong>: write the “code<\/strong>” of the first option and you type it with no special character, no space.
    \n*Example<\/strong><\/em>: size or color-1
    \n*Name: <\/strong>Name in English<\/em> then name in Arabic
    \n<\/em><\/em>*Position<\/strong>: you can arrange the variants on your website.
    \nExample<\/strong><\/em>: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large<\/li>\n
  5. Enable the “View as thumbnail<\/strong>” button in case you want to add small pictures. For instance, add pictures for colors.\"\"<\/em><\/li>\n
  6. Press on “Add Value<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n
  7. Fill code and English & Arabic<\/li>\n
  8. As an extra step, you can add “Thumbnail”<\/strong> images to represent your variants by clicking on “Choose file<\/strong>“. Example<\/strong><\/em>: add images, representing colors (red, orange, green).\"\"<\/li>\n
  9. For adding more values, click “Add Value<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  10. Repeat the same pattern of filling the required fields: Code, Name EN & AR
    \nExample: <\/em><\/strong>Small, Medium, Large, X-large<\/li>\n
  11. Now, press on “+Create<\/strong>“, then the product option will be successfully created.

    Create an option while creating a new configurable product.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. From zVendo dashboard, head directly to “Product Catalog<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    2. Then click on “Products<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    3. Click on “Create<\/strong>” then “Simple Product<\/strong>“\"\"<\/li>\n
    4. Fill required fields; “Code<\/strong>“, “Name<\/strong>“, “Description<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    5. Click on the “Enables<\/strong>” toggle button. As shown in the below picture<\/em>.\"\"<\/li>\n
    6. Scroll down to “Product Settings<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
    7. Choose “Configurable Products<\/strong>” from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
    8. Then, click on “Options<\/strong>“, then click on “Create<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
    9. Start filling the required fields, “Code<\/strong>“, “Name<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    10. Then click on “+Create<\/strong>“. As shown in the below picture.<\/em><\/em>\"\"<\/li>\n

      \n*For adding more values, click “Add Value<\/strong>“.
